Sebago ties are designed to add character to men’s outfits for both formal occasions and smart casual settings. The collection includes silk and wool ties with striped and other classic patterns, ideal for pairing with shirts, blazers, and suits for ceremonies, special events, workdays, or preppy-inspired looks. Available in a variety of colors and finishes, they are versatile accessories that enhance any outfit throughout the year, adding a touch of understated and refined elegance.

What are the standard shipping and delivery times for my package?

We strive to pack and ship your order as quickly as possible, usually within 1–2 business days. Delivery typically takes place within 3–5 business days.

⚠️ Please note: Severe weather conditions, public holidays, peak seasons, and incorrect delivery information may cause shipping delays.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free for all orders equal to or above €200.00.

For orders below €200.00, the following rates apply:

  • Italy: €7.00
  • Europe: €9.90

For international shipments, fixed rates apply regardless of the order value:

  • United Kingdom: £29.90
  • Japan: ¥9,700

Rest of the world (Non-European countries): €49.90

How can I request a withdrawal and/or a return?

You can request a withdrawal and/or a return within 14 days from the delivery of your order.

If you have an account

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Go to the Orders section.
  3. Select the order you wish to withdrawal and/or return.
  4. Click on Cancel and/or Return Order and follow the instructions.

You will receive the instructions by email.

If you do not have an account

You can request a withdrawal and/or a return through our dedicated portal:

  1. Access the withdrawals and returns portal: https://returns.sebago.com
  2. Enter your order number and the email address used for the purchase or your postal code.
