In 1913, the “training shirt” officially became part of the US army uniform. However, it wasn't long before it asserted itself as a casual wardrobe icon and assumed the abbreviated title of T-shirt, first publicly modelled by an American soldier on the front cover of Life magazine in 1942. Sebago pays homage to this success story with a versatile iteration made from cotton jersey, embellished with a classic college print on the front and a logo tag on the side.
