Crafted from luxurious suede leather and hand-stitched using the most prestigious of artisanal techniques. This loafer is left unlined for an ultra-soft and lightweight feel: perfect for casual occasions. Its heel is moulded from rubber, whilst its leather sole has been specially treated to ensure resistance, flexibility and water-tightness. Every pair of Dan loafers is a tribute to the unwavering passion of Sebago's founders.

The perfect guide

Suede and nubuck require delicate care. Their fine fibers and velvety texture can only be preserved with specific products.

Suede/Nubuck Leather Model

    Step 1. Shape

    Insert shoe trees (ideally cedar wood) to maintain the shape and absorb internal moisture.

  2. Quick Add Quick Add

    Step 2. Cleaning

    Remove dust and dirt with a soft brush or slightly damp cloth, always brushing in the natural direction of the nap. For stubborn stains, use a suede eraser.

  3. Step 3. Drying

    If the shoes are wet, let them air-dry naturally, away from heat sources. Make sure they are completely dry before continuing.

  4. Quick Add Quick Add

    Step 4. Reviving

    Brush the surface again to lift the fibers and restore softness.

  5. Quick Add Quick Add

    Step 5. Protection

    Finish with a waterproof spray specifically designed for suede or nubuck to protect against water and stains. Reapply regularly, especially in humid environments.
