Great shoe...mostly

I purchased this shoe without ever owning anything made by Segabo. The heel wore out REALLY fast...maybe within a month or two. Much faster than shoes I've purchased at a fraction of the cost. I'm giving these shoes 4 stars because they are insanely comfortable and look great. I took them to a local cobbler and had the heels fixed. They've been holding up beautifully since.

I've still yet to be contacted and the sole on my heel is nearly worn through.
