I've received many complements on my Sebago Balas. I have a 7.5 in the light grey with violet/pink laces and a white soul that curves up the back. I thought this color had the most personality of them all, and yet they are still quite classy and classic. I normally wear a 7.5 and they are true to size. They are a little roomy than I need width-wise, as my foot is narrow and the smallest width available is a medium. I tried ordering the size 7, as I assume these can stretch over time, but the back of one of the shoes was a bit stiff on my ankle so I stuck with the 7.5. Super comfortable, and I never slip out of them even with the extra room. Look fabulous with jeans. They do feel handmade, as in, not generically made by a machine, and I love that. I've worn them almost everyday since I got them 3 weeks ago, even on a very rainy day... no water stains! and no water on my feet! I love 'em. I'd like to get the taupe and white ones as well when they become available.

Bought in brown to go with jeans. Very comfortable, needed to size up 1/2 size to wear with socks. Then stretched out a lot. Looking forward to Taupe/ white when they come in for spring wearing in 8 1/2. Would like to be notified.

LOVE these shoes!!! These are some of the most comfortable shoes I own. I have them in charcoal and can wear with my jeans or a pair of black skinny pants. Cute and comfy! Can't wait till the neutral comes back so I can have a pair for spring!
