We will gladly accept your return of UNWORN merchandise within 30 days of the delivery date.
Please follow the below instructions:
Please return footwear in the original shoe box with all tags and packaging in place. You are required to take the items to a local Post Office with the return label attached to the outer carton that the goods arrived in. We would advise that you gain Proof of Postage and retain this until you have received your refund.
Please begin by entering your original order number, name and your billing postcode in the field below and click submit.
You order number can be found in your order confirmation email or on the paper in your box under the reference “Cust PO” and starting with a “W”. Your billing postcode must be entered in the same format you entered it when placing your order.
On the next page check your email addresses is correct and choose the item(s) you want to return and the reason why. Click on Submit again. You will then receive an email with a link to your return label to print and affix to the package. Please ensure that you return the footwear in the original shoe box with all packaging and labels in place.
Before returning your items please also take into account that:
> The parcel must not weigh more than 5kg, or be larger than 610x460x460mm (medium sized parcels)
> There is a return maximum of 3 items. If there are more items to be returned please request 2 labels and pack in separate boxes.

Allow two weeks for your return to be processed. You will receive a confirmation email to indicate that the return is complete and a credit should appear on your credit card/PayPal within 2-3 working days of the confirmation.
