The ‘Marine Squall’ is a waterproof boot, which supplies a high-performance answer to extreme weather conditions. The inside is lined with 200 grams of Thermolite fleece, and the outside features carefully designed drainage to protect the wearer from the outer elements. Sebago knows that the wearer will be constantly in action, so the sole is non-slip, and has a shock absorbent EVA bed to cushion the foot.
With the ‘Marine Squall’ the wearer can reap the benefits of having a boot with not only increased flexibility, but increased comfort and support. The pull-on, leather design, whilst absolutely practical, is also classic-looking and stylish.
The Marine Squall has already received excellent reviews and is recommended by Chairman of the 2012 Olympic Sailing Venue Edward Leask;
“The boots were incredible! I was surprised by how comfortable they were - they kept my feet nice and warm and dry while also providing me with good grip on a wet deck that allowed me to stay on my feet and maneuver around the boat with ease. Simply put, they did exactly what a great pair of boots should do: give you comfort and reliability so that you can concentrate on sailing as fast as you can. A brilliant product for any sailor or racer. Great job Sebago!”

Marine Squall - Boots
For years I have suffered with cold feet, not just sailing but indoors too. Admittedly I've never tried a premium product, but I must say this Easter saw us turn round from a planned trip to France due to the cold, however my feet were snug and warm for the first time in years ! I generally take a size 9 (UK) and so ordered 9.5 to take into account the thicker or thermal socks I always wear. Yes the product is new and not had chance to wear in but I have had to omit the thicker sock for normal ones for ease of getting on & off. I haven't needed the thermal sock !
