Sebago CA stands behind the quality of workmanship and materials used in the footwear. If merchandise is found to be defective, customer service will assume full responsibility and give credit for the merchandise, as long as the proper procedures for returning goods are observed. Excessively worn or damaged merchandise will not qualify for credit.
We will gladly accept your return of UNWORN merchandise within 30 days from the date of purchase. For returns or exchanges, please call Customer Service at 1-800-263-8272 Monday through Friday, between 8:30 a.m. and 5 p.m. Eastern Time and our email address is email@example.com . All returns must be processed with a Return Authorization Number (RA) that will be provided to you by our Customer Service department.
